Sounds like management are trying to get away with a fluffy type of announcement again and the ASX has refused to comply. If the partner was serious enough to throw some decent upfront payment to us management would have to report it and the ASX would have to accept it.
Just thinking out aloud if the ASX isn't happy with what's being announced, will us shareholders be just as unhappy.
