You are sounding more and more shrill, continuously sabotaging informative KDR threads with scaremongering comments.

Like WSA I done my due diligence over and over, including picking up the phone and having cordial/informative conversations with KDR management.

A number of time I have summarised/paraphrased those conversations from notes, I am certainly never going to tape anyone’s conversation and repeat what they said word for word without their approval.

Please DYOR including making those phone calls as a holder or non -holder (as you appear to be) and then make your mind up instead of nic picking posts. It is what it is, get over it.

“No deal” is no deal and looking “forward to our day in Court” is exactly that. No more mediation dates, unless court enforced, ie compulsory.
