Agree with what you're saying except for this seller being the reason for the share price dropping so low.
That's not the reason at all, the general market being sold off from late Feb until now (end April) has been a big factor on a lot of stocks, lots of money left the small cap sector in this period to reduce risk and it's only starting to flow back.
More so the Credit Raise was announced end of March and this holder started selling their bulk in April and stocks regardless, especially when there is such lead time on the CR, will more often than not visit the CR price before pushing back up.
As noted in my last post the big draw factor, especially for me is that they are raising quite a decent amount of funds with $7m total and $4.4.m is to two cornerstone investors, so I don't expect it to stay under 8c for too long once the SPP closes tomorrow.
Agree though this stock has far greater heights to achieve and at only a $39m Market Cap (HotCopper is always wrong on MC's) with low shares on issue with only 540m shares, it has lots of breathing room to push on and this $7m CR of funds will help do that.
