interesting. My feeling is, & I may be way off, that GW hasn't breached any laws, the timing of his share sale was just off & the board probably just had enough of him.
I think they still could come into trouble on continuous disclosure but even then their business isn't as straight forward as saying to date we have sold this many widgets. Their reporting around sales is pretty clear.
Hopefully we'll get an idea from the company soon as to how much trouble they are actually in.
