The point being that any market that has doubled in 4 years and is reaching all time highs is NOT a bear market, anyway Tice or anyone else looks at it.
Instead of just looking at dow numbers and blaming money supply figures etc, look at earnings of the companies....in the US and here...you will find valuations are not excessive.
