(2) Main Conditions of the Sales Agreement
Ganfeng will provide market quotes for PLS's spodumene concentrate. June 2018 after entering first stage of production PLS will provide Ganfeng with 160,000 tonnes per annum of lithium concentrate. After entering the second stage of production PLS will provide Ganfeng with an additional 75,000 tonnes per annum of lithium concentrate.
