I think that you are living in a dreamland of denial in regards to VCR's competitors.

Most, if not all, of the current LVAD's that are in clinical trials, do not have bloodclotting problems.
Also, most of the current devices do not need to have wires protruding from the patients, they are completely implantable, unlike VCR's VentrAssist.
The lack of wires is a huge advantage as it eliminates the big problem of infection at the site of protrusion & also greatly improves patient mobility.
Several of the devices are also smaller than the VentrAssist.

You are relying too much on claims by VCR that are several years old, in regards to competing devices. The fact of the matter is that several companies are now applying technology which has superceded VCR's.
Their device, in its current form, is unlikely to ever reach the market. Watch out for VentrAssist mark2, 3 & 4, they will need it & clinical trials will have to begin all over again.

I suggest that you do some updated research on the current LVAD's instead of relying solely on VCR's claims.
