Geert Cauwenbergh is up for re-election by rotation. There is $60,000 pa that POH can save- not to mention savings on travel expenses to Aus for Board meetings and AGM- why do we need a US based Director with Derma background- no derma deals being done or likely to be done. I vote NO to his re-election. Thoughts anyone?
