Theres a difference from a planned production cost to actually having a contractor to do the work... They naturally aren't going to put anything negative in the 'letter to shareholders' to think they are not on track, but I for one am very surprised this hasnt been sorted. A tender process should have been completed months ago with a planned start date, and a contract signed and ready to go. Its a simple enough procedure that they had time to sort while the wet season continued.
