I suspect that none of the top 20 of URA are HC members ( Arthur the exception perhaps } and with only 50m fpo's and 20m ops on issue, the first hint of a confirmed deal should see this stock fly, given the lack of paper out there. I have been buying a small parcel every month since about August, and currently have 80k of each appx. A reasonable holding ? My associates -non HC- have appx 200k of each locked away. Anyone else care to make a voluntary disclosure ? I am curious to know what is possibly tied up outside of the top 20, as I suspect the stock may dry up quite quickly.
