Thanks mate you have just said the exact thing I have done, got very sick last year and my diet had to change but without working out which food was right for me, eg no dairy etc... So I took the doctors advice and lost ten kilos that in turn has taken 200 pounds of pressure off my knee with every step, but food allergy is up to the individual to work out. Some people drink milk even with their coffee and still haven't worked out that it is bloating their stomach and causing reflux, heartburn too. So instead they go to the chemist for reflux pills instead of asking why it is happening.
