@Elcorp why would there be any mention, it's a different entity, company?
Once disclosed that a director is affiliated with another company that's where the correlation stops.
There are many directors whom should be charged for misleading shareholders, and our ASX is one of the best.
The fact is the ASX is so week that very few do. So I do not underestimate the charges bought forward.
When was the last time you saw a mention of speeding fines or other non company related(personal) crinimal charges mentioned in a quarterly Ann. If you want to read some good shanagens have a look at SWM over the last 6 months. The mind boggles. Most of us would have been charged ,just over the credit card expenditures that where not work related, with theft.
It may be a "side issue" to you,but the price is where it was a long time ago, long before I noticed your posts.
I may be wrong there, you make some good points, but there are many sharks within the threads, and a balanced opinion helps make the best investment decisions. No malace intended, and all need to make their own decisions.
