Does anyone know if there is an ability to dismantle the T/O by regulatory powers on the grounds that it affects ongoing operations/ investment etc. If AG puts a another offer on the table will the time reset? How many times can he do this? Was this $340k on T/O repellant the impressive booklets sent out or is LPD gonna bring the pain?
Because I honestly believe he will exploit every clause he can find to push this dogs breakfast he calls a T/O on until next year
