No offence taken Maxi. Wouldn't it be better that just one company own the technologies? That way the customers can't play games and have the upper hand while the two suppliers beat each other up.
As regards who started the "fight" it was LPD who threw the first punch when they accused LIT of copying their technology! Later chucked out by the courts.
IMO bottom line should be to maximise $$$$ achieved through market domination and operating efficiiencies (no double up of corporate costs!) so aren't we all just saying the offer should be increased to get it done?
