Those were the days when only about 20% of talented school leavers - no free fee plodders or crappie degrees - got into Uni.
And this percentage of Uni students also included plodders from rich families who paid their own way.
I believe you can get a degree in Surfing these days(?)
Not only should they lower the threshold for paying back the HEC's fee but also ban them from leaving the country until they paid their debt off.
