    What if BCC have others knocking at the door for an investment?

    You are better off raising the money immediately through sophisticated investors and the like rather then rattling the tin to current SH'ers.
    1. $3m is a lot of money to raise and they appear to have almost done it immediately which tells you the big one might be around the corner
    2. Raising to public / current SH'ers can be a lengthy process and in this game 'time is money friend'
