wow, seeing this first thing in Monday is hell of a pain to all holders
only 2 scenarios in my mind right now
1: mgt dont believe in their own product, and not expecting it to generate revenues itself
thats why they need to do the CR now. not to mention this info had been leaked, hence the sell off on friday
2: CR is needed anyway so 'd better get it done now than later?
