Talk about amateur hour lol - some here cant even muster up some energy to read TH announcement properly
All is well - they wont do a private placement under 3c that is just stupid. It will be 3.2c minimum IMO to professional and sophisticated investors if they know whats good for them - otherwise a lower share price will dilute the share price too much
Directors buying at 3.2c sets the tone and CR could be as high as 3.5c
Note: i DONT THINK IT WILL BE A RIGHTS ISSUE TO EXISTING HOLDERS because that would take far too long based on the process - we need swift cash via private placement - end of story so we can get on with it !!!

Now in terms of timing well its better to get the money they need for massive growth which i believe is coming so why not fill up the tank now so you can scale up as fast as possible and go from Zero to one
