Still haven't seen any good reason for NOT going with the deal on the table. Just a lot of whinging and garbage being thrown at anyone who dare thinks this is a good deal by an imbecile fringe. Please give me some real reason as to why this isnt a good deal. I have a small house worth of IBR and see huge potential in it as its own entity. I also see the major benefits of this merger, primarily SIZE (ASX 200 member) as well as the diversity into industrial metals. As an avid gold bug, I have made a small fortune since 1998 holding gold shares, and like many believe the best is yet to come. Have a good look (everyone) at the progress TMR has made, look at its 6 month outlook, then ask yourself where IBR will be in 6 months. TMR tripling capacity by Xmas is no small task and take a stab at estimated profits from this point forward. That should be your focus. Look at IBR's timeline and progress and it is blurry at best.
Look at IBR directors lack of focus and you will see that TMR has the team focussed and capable to build your asset at the fastest possible rate. There is little to no chance of predators being able to try and steal your combined company without a huge fight.
Forget the rantings of the so called long term holders or people above.
Have they offered any REAL reason to hold on? NO.
The merger looks real good for all parties, don't let the negative whingers sway you.
I ask for FACTS and FIGURES as to why you would think this is light on.
Don't forget I too would benefit from a 6-1 or an 8-1 offer, but is it realistic. Don't let these greedy naysayers sway you, the deal is on the table and to me it looks great until one of those above can substantiate why the deal is worth more..
