I have finally worked out the difference between LPD and LIT.
Substance over Form.
LPD strategy and focus has substance LIT Press Release strategy has Form and any reputable investor in start ups is favour substance over form and the market will eventually reward the one with substance.
After this realisation of substance over form I have sent my money off to participate in the shortfall.
Not a big amount but more than double I was entitled in the first place.
12 months time will tell the substance over form
