Well, having digested the info I have been able to dig up today.....am very happy this placement / raise is being done now and not after launch.
Bankrolls the company post launch into fix and app development addition stage and could possibly expedite international rollout sooner than first thought.
Will be a discounted placement, as is custom booked into existing sticky holders and a couple of new, eager investors - but, I think the fact that it coincides with a much anticipated launch may just soften the VWAP blow. If Lateral are involved, even better - their skin in the game means they care for their work and product just that little bit more.
The shopping analogy Boom....that was a good one. Will be plenty of opportunity this week once the raise level is announced which I anticipate to be.....well let's just see shall we.
