I do not know what is going on it is just MOI.
Every one needs help as you cannot know everything.
Does you wife tell you to get out because you cannot fix the TV or washing machine.
They are accountants and need help with mining.
It is no different to mining engineers being in charge and need help with finance it would be utopia if we had someone that knew every thing.
I do not think you will lose anything in the long run and you will change you mind later.
