I think there is more to it than salaries and the CN.
For me it is the communication and investor relations.
I have contacted the company numerous times via email and have NEVER had a response.
Maybe they are busy, maybe not but still it isn't good. Overlooked that though as they may have more important things to do. Other companies have replied to my emails so it isn't like it is out of the ordinary.
When I have called them directly the lack of professionalism hasn't been the best. Have been told someone is out, no idea when back, maybe you should call back later...just no effort.
And then the 3B forms...again, just lack of care.
Anyways, I want them to succeed and still believe they have great technology and are positioned well for a big breakout on some awesome news.
But, you can't just say things are perfect even if you want the share price to go up.
There are areas they can do better, and this isn't a bad thing. They just need to work on them, which they said they would as far as communication goes.....
Worked on a helpdesk many moons ago and one of the biggest things was communication. You found out very quickly that people just want to know what is happening. Even if it will take ages, causing them irritation etc if they have an idea of what is going on it placates them. And I am the same. Take a year, don't care, but when you leave someone with nothing and their mind starts churning over....normally bad things pop in there.
Finally, I do think we will get an announcement soon. I did think it would be soon after the Notice of General Meeting but I was wrong.
It was weird that the quartely had no highlights like every other one has before it.
This may be me with rose coloured glasses on but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they have news and for some reason has taken a little longer to confirm, thus why wasn't included in quartely.
