Hot obviously dealt into this point quite extensively, much more than most here, including me. The point that you made "however if so why would COP/WPL acknowledge that FAR had PE rights if they thought that they were not applicable in the circumstance?" is a bit puzzling. Both COP and WPL has made that point publicly; and there is no turning back on those comments, so I am wondering if really that was "THE" point or there is something else that FAR camp has got. We know there is the incomplete info supplied.

What version the JV used can only be confirmed by FAR and they are not saying. The way FJ commented, I would think that he has read the relevant contract and tend to suggest the pre 2002 version. But even that is still subject to interpretation by the Senegal law. Written in French and to be tested in a court in Paris !!

OOO, maybe we could clarify this during question time at the AGM?? A talk with FJ could enlighten things.
