I've got a 5.9c short term price target on it.

Once it gets through 3.2c it will fly.

Looks OK for some of the fundamental investors as well, so its a reasonable recommendation for new traders who might have trouble selling if the trading action doesn't go their way. Its now got strong levels of support at 2.6c and you can see that the support is ratcheting up a tick or two every week or so. This is a really good sign of a long term trend developing. The weekly chart confirms this view.

BTW, get out of PEN on any rally.
