Don't think so h00ts. Still too many hurdles to jump for the market to launch this.
A few will short in-to the open imo.
PLS are a price taker and this BOA essentially puts them at the mercy of the sector, where there are many that will beat them to first sales.
People are talking all about the demand; got to consider the supply side too.
Hope I'm wrong for the sake of shareholder sanity, but there's plenty more water go under the bridge here imo.
