Ann: Strategic Agreement Signed with RMIT, page-4

This announcement is contradictory.

First they say:
"MXC will apply for a Medical Cannabis Licence specifically for all cultivation and research to be undertaken at the secure RMIT facilities"
aka - no application has yet to take place, as they "will apply".

Then they say:
"Pursuant to the Umbrella Agreement, MXC will apply to the Office of Drug Control (ODC) for Medical Cannabis Licenses for cultivation, production and research programs being undertaken at the secure RMIT facilities. The Company has engaged an independent expert who has already completed the relevant MXC license applications.
aka - someone has done the applications (yet in the sentence above they say AGAIN that they "will apply")

They really need to get their message right.

ANN is ok, will be sold down by around midday is my guess.

From a social/human perspective, the Library sounds like a great idea and hopefully will become the benchmark internationally for the use of cannabis in medical treatment.
