Seriously spent over an hour on the phone to them this morning.

I find it really hard to tolerate idiots first thing in the morning.

I've had everything from these guys ! From "your modem needs a rest" to "you live too far away". I'm in suburbia for "goodness" sake !!!

Note to all: Tuck your little modems in at night.

I am no expert in electrical equipments eg modem

But I was told that if u turn them on and off too often, they may not last too long.

Turning them off once per day should be OK.
