@binwood - 40c was not only a round number psychological support it also was a quadruple support bottom ( see circled hits ) a 30% gap up on open on a half billion $$ market cap stock is huge - profit taking was always going to happen ( normal buy the rumor sell the news ) - I highlighted the other day there had been around 180m shares bought between 31c and 40c so the news today had to be outstanding to put in a breakaway gap and hold back above 40c.

at the risk of incurring the wrath of both the T/A and F/A fraternity for mixing the 2 - they didnt actually bank any money from this deal yet - Unfortunately the Chinese have a habit of stalling and even reneging on deals - I know this is a binding deal and not an MOU but I think they need to dot a few more I,s and cross a few more T,s before you can start to think about returning back up towards the top of the old 60c trading range.

Hopefully it can get back above 40c on close today - current VWAP on $10m turn over today is 41.7c so the sub 40c buyers have got over the odds . we will need to see a few more days trading to see if the gap is in fact a break away gap or wether it gets filled again after the excitement dies down a bit.
