I leave modem on 24/7. Don't move computers etc at all if you can help it.

Trouble shooting.

Shut down computer completely and disconnect power and modem.

Turn off modem and disconnect from computer and power and data input.

Go make cuppa tea.

Carefully plug everything back in. Switch on modem. When ready start up computer.

If problem is the same then call tech support etc.

ISP might be off line. You can check via TV or iPad etc.
