Report says USD$20m for 4.9% placement. Last 3B we had 1276k shares fully diluted. 1276/0.951 = 1,341k = an issuance of 65m shares. Approx AUD$26m at current conversion rates. 26/65 = 40c. So on a very literal basis 40c is an accurate guess. Whether in practical terms it comes out that way we are yet to see.
