Imo, that information posted almost smells (and the smell is not great!) of elitist preferential treatment they are using to attract new investors. OBJ Management clearly did not provide these additional details in any way whatsoever.

We don't know with certainty that B&Y got inside information. They may have concluded from the reasonable evidence that it is this Japanese company. OBJ dropped quite a few hints in their announcement. They too are speculators.
