Have to agree. Enthusiastic is telling someone how great it would be to jump off the cliff. Irresponsible is pushing someone off the cliff.
To my knowledge TV never gave advice and never told anyone they should invest based on his research. He shared his opinion and research openly for others to review which, imho, is simply left for the individual to interpret. There are plenty on this site who hold a negative view compared to those (myself included) who have a positive view. It's an open forum and unless actual advice is given, opinions are not deemed as irresponsible.
