    To be fair to brassmad, it was stated in the ASX announcement on the 26th:

    IOT SIGNS EXCLUSIVE USA AIRSELFIE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

    IOT's manufacturing partner AEE and AirSelfie Holding Ltd invited IOT to be the exclusive distributor in the US and Australia.

    Of course there was also a half page disclaimer in that same announcement, so take it with a grain of salt (Salt may not mean salt).
