    Closed down on $800 worth of shares, nothing to be alarmed about. EPT might as well be a private company, so little is being traded. The price of EPT is being determined by small money, all retail trades.

    The spec end of the market is getting hammered as people lock in gains/losses heading to mid year. For EPT to hover around these levels well above raise price is a strong indication.
