I think that before we all go off half cocked to the regulatory bodies we should first wait for a Co announcement to be made advising us as to what is happening within the Co to resolve these serious and significant issues raised by various s/holders here on HC. I for one would think that a Publicly listed Co such as WGL and as part of their fiduciary duties to us shareholders would at least be seeking senior counsel's legal advise / opinion as to the whole saga and whether the Co will or could have any legally enforceable rights against the Gov't Regulatory body to claim for damages and/or non compliance of enforcement prosecutions.

I sure that Sean and other Directors know quite well of their duties & responsibilities to the Co & Shareholders as a whole.

Now let's wait hopefully for an early and favorable announcement from the Co providing full and frank disclosure of all material matters.
