hi stefoid .someone correct me if I am wrong , but I was led to believe that directors have given the option to coers for 19% of the directors shares only. not the total shares of BSG.If this is the case ,would not form an effective blocking stake on its own . There will be a long list of large mining companies wishing to get their hands on a cheap world class deposit such as BSG own. expect a bid for cash that blows CDEs proposal out of the water , by any number of majors before this deal goes through ..
