It gave holders an opportunity to choose whether to stay or get out. I chose to stay as at the time the idea seemed great. I obviously chose wrong on this occasion. This was part of the 1st tech wave.
Unfortunately it was probably an underdeveloped idea and couldn't find support.
The lesser compliance and less capital requirements allows companies who can't list on the ASX to at least trade and hopefully grow. Maybe it also allows Angus and the crew to prove to the ASX that Vonex is a legitimate company and those running the show weren't the problem.
AWD was the problem and thankfully i got out before the debacle (only one of a few involving GDN/AWD actually), albeit at quite a loss.
I still have family and a friend holding Vonex so I hope it works out for all holders. I still can't understand why the ASX singled out Vonex for harsh treatment and seems to let other companies list with nothing more than a thought bubble.

NXS is not the answer because of low vol

I was the one who told Les about this exchange originally which is the old Bendigo Stock Exchange but it is a last gasp option to avoid paying noteholders out is my guess.

Les gave you all an option that would mean a takeover and listing on the ASX but the board would go, Angus would still work there as he did before.
ASX will not allow listing on present structure, surely you all know this.
