Getting the Deal with Pfizer was a matter of having the technology, getting the sp to head north was a matter of selling the 'value' of 'The Deal' to to market and attracting other pharmaceutical companies to the technology.

PSD don't want a board member from Pfizer or any other 'pharmo' as there would be a conflict of interest in offering the technology to other 'pharmos fof other applications. They need a 'snake oil' salesman to drum up the interest and make them WANT what PSD has.
