Hi,
Used the app to send my questions about my BT issues. When using the app to send an enquiry, it provides Nuheara with extra details re: android system being used, version of Nuheara App being used, details of the IQbuds etc. An excellent troubleshooting guide for them. Thx for the tip.
They have requested that I exchange them for a new pair.
It is not convenient for me to do that at present. I have gotten used to maximizing the use of them, despite this problem.
Still happy with them as this is not their only function to listen to music. I will keep them until Version 2 with BLE5 comes to market (which I am sure will happen)
Just providing my feedback from Nuheara and transparency in my posts.
