I am sure that you will do your best to manage the SP back into your range and good luck with that. But that does not mean that I am not aware as I have been watching for far too long not to have noticed.

Who is the third party that JW mentioned that the former tenement owner made a deal with over the mining rights?

What affect does that have on KAI in regards to their reported 100% ownership of MtYork in relation to those issues that JW himself did raise.

What has been done in relation to getting to the bottom of this situation and what information has been found if any?

Where are the 23 assays from MtYork that JW stated that he was "eagerly awaiting"?

Why such a lengthy delay in getting those results to market?
