You can only see open orders.

It tells us absolutely nothing about buys/sells that will be put through @ market price.
Or conditional orders that will be triggered.
On volatile days, most of buying/selling doesn't go through as open orders.
Hence there might be 2-3 mil open orders but volume in first 5 min might be 5-6 mil. With majority of open orders still not triggered
