From what I read of the cases Freehold posted links to, it seems a HoA can be drafted and altered in many ways and not be legally binding as no definitive agreement has been struck to tge satisfactiin of both parties.

But again, we all know the law can be an ass and until such time as a decision is made in this case then nothing is 100%.

Looking forward to the end if all this though.
