Agree, and this is why Mt Thirsty is such an undervalued rough diamond. It's value is not clear to the average investor. The huge advantage with Mt T is it's unique Limonite geology (cobalt attached to manganese and cheap to extract). Few investors have taken the time to understand this, as is evident but the various comparison charts being produced which compare only resource size and not CAPEX.

All will become much more easily understood with the upcoming news from leach trials.
