Actually I am more than happy that they haven't converted the licences. One year ago they would have been much more vulnerable in terms of power dynamics. As cash comes in, their reputation grows and prospects improve they can drive a tougher bargain. There is one thing about a winning approach to negotiation - be prepared to walk away.

Hurrying a licence deal just to satisfy our current view of the world as shareholders is not necessarily meeting their responsibilities. I'd much rather they get the best possible outcome for both the short term and the long term.
