Have been looking at occupancy/vacancies this morning.
Think owns 37 centres and manages 17, their vacancy reporting is sitting with similar percentages to G8.
Goodstart the largest operator with 645 centres are outperforming both G8 and Think by a considerable margin as regards occupancy.
LDC's are being approved by councils at an alarming rate.
As I've stated before high occupancy comes from strong community connections. It's not enough to just embrace your community, centres must embed those communities into their centres. I view connectedness and inclusion of communities as one of the most important factors in achieving high occupancy and successfully minimising the impact that new centres would have on enrolments.
