Are you guys thinking that Boffey is another dud manager for this operation?

I was willing to overlook the rain-affected production issues so I hung on, but not the problems that have led to mining ore well below grade specified in the feasibility study, especially in relation to their main pit, given the high strip ratio over the LOM.

What do you know about Boffey? I thought he brought a lot of experience to BLK.
