Just so some people don't get "let down" when it doesn't happen.
The $3.5USD or $5m AUD will be paid in instalments once certain achievements have been completed ie when the head end is completed (which i believe will be within a month of signing) and so on over the course of a few months from signing.
So, There will not be an upfront fee of $3.5m USD($5mAUD) as suggested it will be paid over a few months on signing of commercial contract.
This is probably why short term finance is of importance just to get the guys through to this time, then we are cooking all the way, once pgas is signed off its lift off!
