I don't understand why people are upset that as part of capital raising to sophisticated investors that management are given rights to take up some of this. Yeah ok they get it at a discount like sophisticated investors. So what as unlike sophisticated investors they can't so easily trade these and shows a vote of confidence to buy shares and bottom line management owning shares a good thing. Be upset about other things but this is not bad and you would be crazy to vote against resolutions letting management buy shares imo.
