That they would benefit from a sp that would be as low as posdible puts them in conflict with the interests of existing shareholders. Plus they have not yet demonstrated a higher reward than the more than adequate compensation they are already getting. If they were willng to take a 20% paycut across the board in exchange for the 20% sp discount then I might consider it. Otherwise I too will vote no
